Job Title: Business Developer

Locations: Akwa Ibom , Anambra, Cross River , Delta, Enugu and Imo
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

  • Opay is recruiting Business Developers across Nigeria. You will be responsible for driving user adoption of our digital products (E-wallets, Cards, etc.), acquiring customers, and developing strategies to boost product utilization and transaction volumes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and educate customers on Opay’s products and benefits.
  • Research and identify new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Manage the sales process from lead generation to closure.

Job Requirements

  • NCE/ND/HND/B.Sc. in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
  • 1–2 years’ experience in Business Development, Merchant Acquiring, Banking, or Direct Sales (Entry-level candidates are also welcome).
  • Proven achievements in sales, customer acquisition, or financial product adoption.
  • Familiarity with your local region of operation.

Compensation Package

  • Salary: N100,000 per month (Gross)
  • Commission: N200,000 (Gross)
  • Transport Allowance
  • HMO
  • Pension.
