Job Description

  • We’re seeking a skilled and reliable maintenance technician to ensure the smooth operation of our machinery and If you have mechanical equipment. advanced mechanical knowledge of production machinery, experience with PET blowing machines and bottled water filling machines, excellent troubleshooting skills, and strong time-management abilities, we want you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in installing new production equipment.
  • Service and maintain equipment like motors, systems, conveyor transmission and systems, production-related machinery.
  • Inspect and assess the functionality of production machines.
  • Troubleshoot breakdowns. mechanical

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree  /HND in Mechanical Engineering or a similar field.
  • Proven experience with PET bottle blowing machines and bottled water filling machines.
  • In-depth knowledge of mechanical and system maintenance.
  • Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and regulations.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills.
  • Basic computer and report writing skills.
  • Good communication skills and time management skills.
  • Adjust mechanical parts using hand and machine tools.
  • Fabricate parts for repairs and machine upgrades.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and safety checks.
  • Communicate with the production team and maintain a clean work area.
  • Prepare and submit maintenance reports.
