We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: General Manager

Location: Owerri, Imo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are looking for an experienced and results-driven General manager to lead our team, oversee daily operations, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the overall operations of the supermarket.
  • Lead and motivate staff to achieve performance targets.
  • Develop and implement business strategies for growth and profitability.
  • Manage inventory, purchasing, and supplier relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Monitor sales, prepare reports, and manage budgets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ managerial experience in retail, supermarket or similar positions
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.

Salary
N100,000 Monthly.
