Job Title: Business Development Executive

Locations: Lagos / Ibadan – Oyo; Kano / Nasarawa / Kaduna; and Edo / Imo / Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Analyzing and expanding business operations toward sustained growth.
  • Monitoring revenue streams and identifying opportunities to increase profitability.
  • Evaluating and improving sales, marketing, and branding strategies.
  • Identifying and developing new lines of business based on consumer behavior.
  • Performing competitor analysis toward obtaining an increased market share.
  • Developing client relationships and strengthening industry partnerships.
  • Identifying new clients by researching and creating networking opportunities.
  • Negotiating and closing business deals that promote sustained revenue.
  • Liaising with Sales, Marketing, and Management to align strategies aimed at increasing revenue.
  • Assessing and advising on potential joint ventures, mergers, and acquisitions.
  • Identify, develop, implement, and manage the organizations advertising strategy, from the business, sales and technical perspectives.
  • Develops budget and projections for advertising.Initiates and manages discussions and sales with sponsors and agencies.
  • Negotiates agreements with outside sales representatives.
  • Manages the development of sales materials, including media kits.
  • Evaluate the financial aspects of development, such as budgets, expenditures, research and development appropriations, or return-on-investment and profit loss projections.

Requirements

  • HND / B.Sc in Marketing or other relevant qualifications
  • 3 to 4 years of experience in similar role in an FMCG setting
  • Be working in the locations being applied to.
  • Knowledge of CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
