Job Title: Team Lead, Finacle Core Support II
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Lead a team of Finacle specialists to ensure optimal performance, stability, and compliance of the core banking system for subsidiaries.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee Finacle Core system upgrades and patches.
- Manage incident resolution and root cause analysis.
- Train and mentor support staff.
Key Qualifications and Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 5+ years of Finacle Core banking experience.
- ITIL certification preferred.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
