Job Title: Unit Head, Open Digital Support
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Drive support for open banking APls and third party integrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage API lifecycle and developer support.
- Ensure security and compliance (PSD2, Open Banking Standards).
- Troubleshoot integration issues.
Key Qualifications and Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field and Masters will be an addition.
- 5+ years in digital channel support.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and Oauth.
- Knowledge of fintech and banking ecosystems.
