Job Title: Marketing Manager

Summary
- Responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to grow brand awareness, increase traffic (online & in-store), boost sales, and strengthen customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead digital and traditional marketing campaigns.
- Manage brand positioning, PR, and customer engagement.
- Drive promotions, loyalty programs, and in-store activations.
- Conduct market research and analyze campaign performance.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team, ensuring delivery on KPIs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Marketing/Business (Master’s preferred).
- 7–10 years’ experience, with 3–5 years in management.
- Strong expertise in retail marketing, digital channels, and team leadership.
- Proven record of driving measurable growth and ROI.
Salary
N700,000 – N850,000 Monthly.
