Mipsmops Resources Limited is a startup company presently focused onreal estate servicessuch as property marketing and property management. We are seeking a skilled and creative professional to help us drive sales, strengthen our online presence, and grow our business.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Social Media Marketer / Online Sales & Content Creator

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective social media strategies to boost brand visibility and engagement.
  • Create engaging content (graphics, videos, captions, reels, etc.) for various platforms.
  • Drive online property sales and generate quality leads.
  • Manage and grow the company’s online presence across multiple social media platforms.
  • Monitor analytics and trends to optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve marketing and sales targets.
  • Any other related tasks as may be directed by the management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media marketing, online sales, or content creation.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, etc.).
  • Creative mindset with excellent communication and persuasive skills.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results within deadlines.
  • Real estate marketing experience is an added advantage.
  • Proven experience in running effective tailored ads.
