Job Title: In-Store and Storefront Attendant

Location: Ketu, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • We need of a Store Attendant / Jumia Storefront Attendant to perform In-store and Online sales activities to boost sales orders.
  • Receiving customers and accepting payments for goods in a shop as well as managing available goods on online storefront is key to this job
  • Please note that only applicants who reside in Ketu and envirions will be considered or contacted for this job.

Duties

  • Resume earlyin the morning to ensure shop is set up and open for business
  • Attend tocustomers coming in to the shop and assist them with their needs
  • Ensure security and safety of all goods and properties within the shop
  • Record daily sales transactions and imputethem onto a computer.
  • Set up online storefront for the shop foronline sales activiries
  • Monitor online storefront to trackand facilitate delivery of orders
  • Ensure goods placed on storefront reflets whats is available in the physical shop
  • Be watchful and vigilant of all activities, transactions and occurrences in the shop
  • Will be requiredto perform other tasks assigned by supervisor or shop owner when necessary
  • Reporting to Supervisor/Principal.

Requirements / Qualifications

  • School Certificate / OND holders only
  • Good communication skills in English and local languages
  • Must know how to sell gods online
  • Computer appreciation (Must know how to use a computer very well)
  • Ability to use Microsoft Excell is a plus.
  • Ability to attend to customers in a friendly and cordial manner
  • Must be based in Ketu Area. Proximity to the shop is of utmost importance
  • Honesty, Integrity and absolute Loyalty is expected.
  • Attention to detail is a very important quality for this job.
  • Must have a serviceable smartphone for easy communication and storefronttracking.
  • Must not be Lazy.

Salary
N70,000 – N100,000 / month.
