We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Head of Commercials

Location: Lagos
Reports to: Chief Executive Officers

Job Summary

  • The Head of Commercials will lead the commercial strategy and operations of the company to achieve revenue growth, market expansion, and customer satisfaction in the ISP/ Telecommunications sector.
  • This role oversees sales, marketing, pricing, and product commercialization to ensure competitive positioning and profitability.

Requirements

  • B.Sc Degree / HND qualification in Business Management or a related discipline.
  • A professional qualification in a relevant field is required.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role within the ISP or telecom industry.
  • Proven track record in broadband or telecom product commercialization.
  • Strong understanding of data-driven sales and marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of data-driven sales and marketing strategies.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic and analytical thinking.
  • Deep understanding of ISP / Telecom market dynamics.
  • Results-focused with high commercial awareness.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
