Job Title: Planning Engineer (Building)

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • As the Planning Engineer (Building), you will be responsible for developing and managing detailed project schedules, coordinating with various teams, and ensuring building projects are executed efficiently and within approved budgets and timelines.
  • You will utilize project planning software and generate progress reports for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project
  • Define project milestones, timelines, and deliverables, and monitor progress against baseline schedules
  • Coordinate with departments to ensure timely execution and cost control
  • Generate progress reports, dashboards, and forecasts for stakeholders

Requirements

  • B.Eng./HND in Civil/Building Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
  • Professional certification in Engineering or relevant areas
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in construction or project planning
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project or similar project planning tools.
