Job Title: Foreman (False Ceiling & Doors, Windows)

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports To: Construction Manager

Job Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced Foreman specialized in finishing works, particularly false ceiling, doors, and windows installation.
  • The ideal candidate will have proven hands-on experience in execution, coordination, and supervision of finishing works from initiation to commissioning and final handover.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate all site finishing activities including false ceiling, doors, and windows work.
  • Ensure timely execution of works as per project schedule and quality standards.
  • Monitor progress and provide technical guidance to the site team and subcontractors.
  • Maintain adherence to safety and quality requirements during execution.
  • Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and update the Construction Manager.
  • Resolve site-related issues promptly to avoid delays in project completion.
  • Ensure smooth handover of finishing works to clients upon completion.

Requirements

  • Degree in any discipline.
  • 8–10 years of hands-on experience in finishing works (false ceiling, doors & windows).
  • Strong knowledge of finishing standards, execution, and coordination.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel to project sites
