Job Title: Civil Engineer
Location: Wuse 2, Abuja (FCT)
Role Overview
- The Civil Engineer will oversee and manage construction projects, ensuring structural integrity, compliance with safety standards, and timely delivery.
- We are seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to join our growing team.
- The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in the real estate industry and be able to work efficiently within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage construction projects from planning to completion.
- Prepare and review project designs, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and quality control.
- Provide technical guidance and solutions to project challenges.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 3–6 years’ proven experience in civil engineering within the real estate industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, structural design software, and MS Office Suite.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Salary
N200,000 – N300,000 monthly (based on experience).
