We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: In-House Lawyer
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilites
- Provide legal advice and support on company operations, contracts, and real estate transactions.
- Draft, review, and negotiate agreements, MOUs, and other legal documents.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and corporate governance requirements.
- Handle legal disputes, liaise with external solicitors, and represent the company where necessary.
- Maintain proper legal documentation, records, and policies for the organization.
- Advise management on risk management, compliance, and property law matters.
Requirements
- LL.B from a recognized university and BL (Nigerian Law School).
- Must be called to the Nigerian Bar.
- Minimum of 3–5 years post-call experience (real estate/corporate law experience is an advantage).
- Strong knowledge of property law, contracts, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
