Location: Lagos
Job Summary
- Are you a legal professional with a passion for telecoms and compliance?
- We are seeking a Legal Executive to support legal, regulatory, and compliance operations. If you’re detail-oriented, law-savvy, and comfortable drafting and reviewing complex agreements, this role is for you.
Your Impact
- Draft & manage all telecom-related agreements (clients, vendors, partners)
- Ensure company compliance with Nigerian laws and telecom regulations
- Offer internal legal support across departments
- Advise management on legal risks and business matters
- Liaise with external counsel, regulatory bodies, and courts
- Maintain statutory registers and regulatory filings
- Support corporate governance, policy development, and dispute resolution
Requirements
- Law degree (LLB); NYSC certified
- Minimum 2 years legal experience in the telecoms industry
- Knowledge of NCC laws telecom regulations & commercial contracts
- Fair understanding of telecom technologies: IoT, internet bandwidth, leased circuits.
