We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Retail Station Supervisor

Location: Berger, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are recruiting an experienced Station Supervisor to oversee daily operations of our retail LPG station.
  • The ideal candidate will ensure smooth sales activities, effective staff supervision, compliance with safety standards, and achievement of business targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead station operations to achieve sales and revenue targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and strengthen customer relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
  • Manage product sourcing, inventory, and supply chain to prevent stockouts.
  • Monitor and optimize daily operations for efficiency and profitability.
  • Develop and manage station budgets, cash flow, and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate staff for peak performance.
  • Prepare and present regular sales, financial, and operational reports to management

Requirements

  • OND/HND/B.Sc. in Business, Management, or related field.
  • 3-4 years’ experience supervising a retail outlet (oil & gas industry preferred).
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Good knowledge of retail operations, sales management, and inventory control.
  • High integrity, accountability, and customer service orientation.
