Job Title: Product Quality Controller
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Contract
Job Description
- Responsible for ensuring products meet company’s production standards. Duties include monitoring manufacturing operations, testing & Inspection of products for flaws, reporting defects and approving finished products.
Responsibilities
- Interacting with Engineering and Material specialist to identify and improve the process
- Inspection of raw materials and printed components to ensure the quality.
- Generating inspection reports and Procedures
- Verifying the drawings
- Maintaining the calibration of all inspection instruments
Qualifications
- A university degree is required with a major in Mechanical / Mechatronics engineering preferred.
- Experience in developing and generating mechanical drawings
- Experience in Inspection Instruments like Verniers, Micrometers, Coordinate measuring machines, Hardness tester etc.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well with people is essential.
- Profound knowledge of quality control standardsand Computer skills are must.
