Summary
- As we prepare to launch operations, we are looking for a competent, motivated, and experienced Store Manager / Supervisorto lead our restaurantteam, oversee eatery operations, manage kitchen and service staff, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan menus and daily operations
- Supervise cooks, assistants, and waiters
- Monitor food quality, hygiene, and presentation
- Control food costs and reduce wastage
Requirements
- HND / B.Sc. in Hospitality or related field
- 2+ years experience in restaurant/eatery management
- Strong multitasking and leadership skills.
