Job Title: Waitress / Hostess
Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Greet and Serve Customers
- Take Orders
- Serve Food and Beverages.
- Handle Customer Complaints
- Maintain a Clean and Safe Environment
- Manage Cash and Credit Transactions
- Work Effectively with Kitchen Staff: Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure that orders are prepared correctly and delivered promptly.
- Participate in Teamwork: Collaborate with other servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure that guests receive excellent service.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a waitress or Hostess in a restaurant or food service establishment.
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Attention to Detail
- Ability to Work Under Pressure
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy trays, and move quickly and efficiently in a crowded environment.
Salary
N250,000 / Month.
