Established in 2018, FoLiXx Hospitality provides a sophisticated and contemporary entertainment experience. From renowned themed nightlife events and live performances to exceptional restaurants and special occasions.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Bottle Girl

Location: Ikate, Lekki – Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Days – Monday – Saturday
Time: 12pm – 4pm Daily.

Role Summary

  • Bottle Girls are the life of the party — delivering not just premium bottle service, but a vibrant, high-energy experience that makes every guest feel like a VIP. The ideal candidate will combine beauty, confidence, and eloquence with exceptional service skills and sales-driven energy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-energy, engaging, and professional bottle service to VIP tables.
  • Create a lively, welcoming atmosphere that encourages guests to stay, spend, and return.
  • Engage with guests confidently and build strong customer relationships.
  • Upsell premium bottle packages, mixers, and exclusive offerings.
  • Maintain polished appearance and professional etiquette at all times.
  • Work closely with security, concierges, and floor managers to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Handle guest concerns discreetly and escalate when necessary.

Requirements

  • Must be 5’8” and above, elegant, confident, and well-groomed.
  • Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to engage, entertain, and build rapport naturally with guests.
  • Prior experience in nightlife, lounge, or club settings is a strong advantage.
  • Comfortable working late nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Sales-driven mindset with ability to upsell premium services.

Salary
N150,000 – N180,000 per month.
