Qualifications

  • HND / B.Sc. in Hospitality Management or related field
  • 3 – 5 years’ experience in restaurant or hotel floor supervision
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage floor operations and ensure excellent customer experience.
