Job Title: Outlet Manager
Locations: Ikoyi, Abulegba, Gbagada, Akowonjo, Ikotun Egbe, Magboro, Festac, Berger – Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Summary
- The Outlet Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff performance, maintaining food quality and hygiene standards, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all daily restaurant operations
- Ensure high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and customer service
- Manage and motivate staff to perform efficiently and professionally
- Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment
- Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and inventory
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management review
- Train new staff and conduct regular performance reviews
Requirements
- Minimum of OND / HND / BSc in relevant field
- Proven experience in a similar role (preferably in QSR or hospitality industry)
- Good leadership and people management skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of stock and cash management
