Job Title: Human Resources Associate

Job Details
- We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Human Resouces Associate to join our team.The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including compensation & benefit, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the administration of employee compensation and benefits programs, including payroll inputs, pensions, health insurance, and other statutory deductions.
- Manage employee relations, including handling grievances, disputes, and disciplinary actions.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide guidance on performance improvement plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Foster a positive workplace culture and promote employee engagement initiatives.
- Assist in developing and implementing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
- Provide HR support and advice to management and staff on various HR-related matters.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1 – 3 years proven experience as an HR Officer or in a similar HR role.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Excellent understanding of labor laws and regulations.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Proficiency with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
- Candidate must be a resident of Warri, Delta State.
