Location: Lagos

Description

  • Apex Network is seeking a skilled Learning and Development Advisor to join our team in driving the growth and enhancement of our employee training programs.
  • In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for assessing the learning needs of our staff, designing effective training programs, and implementing initiatives that boost employee engagement and performance.
  • The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of adult learning theories, and instructional design methodologies, and has experience in creating impactful learning experiences.
  • You will collaborate closely with various departments to identify skills gaps and develop tailored solutions to meet our organizational goals.
  • Your contributions will be vital in fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development within Apex Network.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in Learning and Development or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of instructional design techniques and educational technology.
  • Experience in developing engaging training materials and conducting effective training sessions.
  • Ability to assess training needs and measure program effectiveness.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Proficient in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must reside close to Lagos Island.
