Job Title: Recruiter

Location: Mainland, Lagos
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Duration: 1 Year

Job Description

• We are seeking a proactive Recruiter to join our team on a 1-year contract basis.
• The Recruiter will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and managing offers.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
• Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules with managers and candidates.
• Manage offer process and candidate communication.
• Maintain recruitment records and reports.

Requirements

• 1–2 years’ recruitment experience (consulting or manufacturing preferred).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple roles under tight timelines.
• Must reside on the mainland, Lagos.

Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 Monthly.
