Job Title: HR Manager (Manufacturing)
Location: Lagos
Work Schedule: Mondays – Saturdays
About the Role
- We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead this transformation, drive people strategy, and establish efficient HR systems that align with business objectives.
- The ideal candidate will be both strategic and hands-on, with a strong background in HR operations, compliance, and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of HR policies, structures, and processes.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and talent management.
- Partner with management to drive organizational restructuring and manpower planning.
- Implement performance management systems to build a results-driven culture.
- Ensure legal compliance with labor laws, employee relations, and disciplinary processes.
- Manage payroll, employee welfare, and benefits administration.
- Advise leadership on HR strategy, workforce planning, and staff development.
- Foster a positive, engaging, and productive workplace culture.
- Maintain HR records and provide data-driven insights to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (HR certifications is an advantage).
- Minimum of 4–6 years HR experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial capacity.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws, HR practices, and compliance requirements.
- Proven experience in setting up HR systems during organizational restructuring.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Salary
N250,000 – N300,000 Monthly.
