Job Overview
- We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to support our human resources efforts, largely recruitment.
- This internship is ideal for someone interested in gaining hands-on experience in talent acquisition, candidate sourcing, and recruitment operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates
- Support interview scheduling and coordination
- Help maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Participate in drafting job descriptions and posting roles
- Assist with general recruitment tasks as needed
Requirements
- Must have completed a university degree
- Interest in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Familiar with using Google tools (Forms, Meet, Sheets, Docs)
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Must have a laptop or access to one.
- Previous experience is a plus, but not required.
