About the Role

  • We are seeking an experienced and resourceful Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment and talent sourcing, with proven expertise in attracting, selecting, and onboarding top talent within the financial services or microfinance sector.
  • Candidates with relevant experience in recruitment agencies or HR consulting firms will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the bank’s staffing needs.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and provide guidance on market trends and talent availability.
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future roles.
  • Utilize recruitment tools, job boards, and professional networks to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular hiring reports to management.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to position the bank as an employer of choice.
  • Ensure recruitment practices comply with all labor laws and internal policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role, preferably within the financial services or microfinance industry.
  • Relevant experience in recruitment agencies or HR consulting will be considered.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent sourcing skills with proficiency in using LinkedIn, job boards, and other platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Professional HR certifications (CIPM, SHRM, etc.) are an added advantage.
