We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Requirements

  • B.Sc / HND in Quantity Surveying or any related course.
  • Minimum of 3 years of working experience in construction management or any related field.
  • Pricing/forecasting the cost of different materials
  • Prepare documents, bills, and other documents.
  • Track changes in designs and other constructions.
  • Liaise with contractors.
  • Pay subcontractors
  • Write reports, etc.
  • Related Professional courses will be an added advantage.
