Job Title: Quantity Surveyor
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to oversee the contractual and financial aspects of projects.
Key Highlights
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and BOQs
- Oversee contracts, procurement & vendor compliance
- Monitor budgets, timelines & prepare project reports
- Collaborate with engineers, architects & contractors.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
- 3 – 5 years’ experience in construction/real estate
- Proficiency in Excel, AutoCAD & QS software
- NIQS membership is an added advantage.
Salary Range
N350,000 – N400,000 monthly (Net).
