Job Title: Sales / Marketing Officer

Location: Mile 12 Market, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Type: Full-Time (Monday – Friday) 8am-5pm

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales/Marketing Officer to promote and grow our grocery shopping and delivery services.
  • The role involves generating leads, building client relationships, and creating marketing strategies to attract customers who need assistance with purchasing foodstuffs and groceries from major Lagos markets such as Mile 12.
  • The ideal candidate should be innovative, persuasive, and passionate about driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase client base.
  • Promote the company’s services to individuals, families, restaurants, and businesses that require bulk foodstuff purchases.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Identify new market opportunities and partnerships to expand services.
  • Manage social media platforms and online campaigns to attract clients.
  • Prepare sales reports, track performance, and provide market insights.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
  • Represent the company professionally at networking events and promotional activities.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales or marketing (experience in FMCG, retail, or logistics is a plus).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute marketing campaigns (online and offline).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic knowledge of digital marketing tools.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven.
  • Knowledge of Lagos markets and grocery trends is an added advantage.

Salary
N120,000 per month (Net plus commission on sales).
