We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Packaged Water Factory Manager
Location: Lafia, Nasarawa
Employment Type: Full-time
Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production and distribution activities.
- Ensure all safety, hygiene, and quality protocols are strictly followed.
- Manage factory staff, including production team and drivers.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to boost sales.
- Handle inventory, logistics, and timely product delivery.
- Maintain good relationships with suppliers, regulators, and distributors.
- Prepare and present reports on factory performance.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Diploma in any field
- 1-3 years of prior experience in factory management, or supervisory position in a factory, preferably in packaged water (sachet or bottled)
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Proven leadership skills with a large and diverse workforce.
- Strong project management abilities.
- Confidence to thrive under pressure.
- Professional demeanor and attitude.
