Job Description

  • We’re seeking a highly skilled Media Personnel to manage and execute our social media strategy, create engaging content, and maintain our online presence.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, creativity, and experience in social media management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to engage audiences and promote the institution’s brand.
  • Create high-quality, engaging content (text, images, videos) for social media platforms.
  • Manage and schedule posts across multiple social media platforms.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews on social media.
  • Analyze social media metrics and provide insights to improve engagement and reach.
  • Collaborate with teams to integrate social media into marketing campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Excellent writing, editing, and visual content creation skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement social media strategies.
  • Knowledge of social media analytics and metrics.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and social media management tools.
  • Creativity, adaptability, and ability to keep up with latest social media trends.
  • Experience with graphic design, video production, or photography.

Understanding of brand reputation management.

  • Net salary N80,000 Monthly.
