Skyline International Tourism and Hospitality Limited (SITH) was established in 2019 as the hospitality division of the Skyline Group in Nigeria. SITH is the franchisee for Pizza Hut in Nigeria (all regions except Lagos). Pizza Hut is part of Yum Brands (formerly PepsiCo Restaurants). Skyline International Tourism and Hospitality is the fastest growing F&B company in Nigeria.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Delivery Rider
Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Delivery and Collection: Pick up products, parcels, or documents from designated locations and deliver them to customers.
- Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively and politely with customers to ensure a positive experience.
- Handling Payments: Accept cash, credit cards, or other payment forms from customers.
- Route Planning: Plan and follow efficient delivery routes to ensure timely deliveries.
- Safety and Compliance: Follow traffic laws and company safety protocols to ensure the safety of themselves and the goods being transported.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of deliveries and obtain necessary signatures from recipients.
Skills and Qualities
- Driving Proficiency: Strong riding skills and a valid driving license for the type of vehicle used.
- Navigational Skills: Knowledge of the local delivery area and the ability to navigate effectively.
- Customer Service: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for dealing with customers.
- Time Management: Ability to adhere to tight schedules and meet delivery deadlines.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous in handling deliveries, maintaining records, and processing payments.
- Stress Management: Ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure situations.
Salary
N90,000 – N100,000 Monthly.
