Job Title: Dispatch Rider

Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Dispatch Rider based in Ikeja. The Dispatch Rider will be responsible for the timely delivery and collection of packages, documents, and other items.
- Daily tasks include planning delivery routes, ensuring the safety of packages during transit, maintaining communication with the dispatch team, and performing routine checks on the bike to ensure it is in good working condition.
- Adherence to traffic laws and safety protocols is essential.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess a High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Dispatch Rider or similar role
- Familiarity with Lagos road networks, especially around Ikeja
- Strong understanding of traffic laws and road safety protocols
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
- Valid Rider’s Permit
- Basic understanding of mechanical aspects of motorcycles is beneficial.
