About the Role
- We are seeking a reliable and experienced Truck Driver to join our team in Asaba. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining the vehicle in good condition.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate company trucks to transport goods to designated locations.
- Ensure timely loading, delivery, and offloading of goods.
- Carry out routine checks and basic maintenance of the truck.
- Keep accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel usage.
- Comply with all traffic regulations and company safety standards.
- Report any incidents, delays, or vehicle faults promptly.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license (Class G or appropriate for heavy-duty vehicles).
- 2–3 years’ experience driving trucks.
- Good knowledge of road networks and traffic laws.
- Physically fit and able to handle long-distance driving.
- Responsible, disciplined, and safety-conscious.
