We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Cook 

Location: Ajah, Sangotedo – Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Description

  • We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Cook to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals according to recipes and standards, ensuring high quality, taste, and presentation.
  • The Cook will also help maintain a clean and organized kitchen, follow food safety regulations, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, season, and cook meals according to menu and recipes.
  • Ensure food is prepared to the highest standards of quality, taste, and presentation.
  • Maintain proper portion control and minimize food waste.
  • Monitor and manage stock levels of ingredients and kitchen supplies.
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas.
  • Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
  • Assist in menu planning, costing, and kitchen organization.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff and support smooth kitchen operations.

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess an OND, SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification with 1 – 3 years work experience.
