Summary
- We are looking for a skilled and passionate Breakfast Chef to join our culinary team.
- The ideal candidate will be creative, reliable, and able to deliver high-quality breakfast dishes that meet our fine dining standards.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and present a wide variety of breakfast dishes to a high standard.
- Ensure consistency, freshness, and quality in all meals served.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the kitchen.
- Work efficiently to meet service timelines.
- Collaborate with the team to create new breakfast menu ideas.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess an OND / HND / Bachelor`s Degree
- 2 – 5 years of proven experience as a Breakfast Chef or in a similar culinary role.
- Strong knowledge of breakfast cuisine and plating styles.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Culinary certification or relevant training is an added advantage.
