Job Description
- Are you a skilled and reliable Cook with a passion for preparing delicious meals in a fast-paced hospitality environment?
- We are seeking a dedicated team player to join our kitchen and help deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and standards
- Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet hotel expectations
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
- Assist with inventory management and proper storage of ingredients
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Support the Chef and kitchen team in daily operations
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess an SSCE / GCE / NECO or OND qualification with 2 years experience
- Previous experience as a cook in a hotel, restaurant, or catering environment
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen safety
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a team setting
- Good communication and time management skills
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
