Responsibilities

• The Baker at Topnotch Supermetket will be responsible for producing a wide variety of baked goods, including bread, pastries, cakes, and other specialty items, in line with the hotel’s quality standards.
• The role involves preparing doughs, batters, and fillings, monitoring baking processes, and ensuring that all products are consistent in taste, texture, and presentation.
• The Baker will maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the bakery area, ensure proper storage of ingredients, and monitor inventory to avoid shortages or wastage.
• In addition, the role requires creativity in developing new recipes, seasonal products, and customized orders to meet guest demands.
• The Baker will work closely with the hospitality team to ensure timely supply of baked goods for the hotel’s restaurant, events, and retail sales.
• The position demands attention to detail, the ability to work under pressure, and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality products.
• The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in baking, knowledge of food safety standards, and the passion to innovate while maintaining consistency in production.
