Job Title: Finishing Supervisor

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • We are seeking an experienced Finishing Supervisor to oversee finishing works on-site, ensuring quality delivery and timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and monitor finishing trades (tiling, painting, carpentry, fittings, etc.)
  • Ensure quality standards and project specifications are met
  • Coordinate artisans/subcontractors and enforce safety compliance
  • Report progress and challenges to Project Manager.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess an OND / HND / B.Sc. Degree in Building, Civil Engineering, or related field
  • 3–5 years’ experience in finishing supervision (real estate/construction)
  • Strong attention to detail & site management skills.
