Description
- We ae seeking a dedicated Supervisor to oversee daily operations, support staff performance, and ensure outstanding customer service delivery.
- The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining our salon’s standards and contributing to a positive team culture.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate salon staff activities and schedules.
- Ensure top-quality customer service and handle client inquiries or complaints professionally.
- Monitor inventory, cleanliness, and adherence to hygiene standards.
- Provide feedback, training, and motivation to team members.
- Support implementation of salon policies and promote a productive work environment.
Requirements
- OND / HND / B.Sc. in Business Management or relevant field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisory role (preferably in a salon, spa, or retail setting).
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
