Role Overview
- The Executive Assistant will provide high-level strategic and administrative support to the Managing Partner, ensuring priorities are executed seamlessly and organizational objectives are achieved.
- This role demands exceptional organizational ability, critical thinking, discretion, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Managing Partner’s calendar, schedules, meetings, and correspondence with precision.
- Coordinate travel logistics, events, and high-level stakeholder engagements.
- Prepare, review, and edit reports, presentations, memos, and proposals.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the Managing Partner and internal/external stakeholders.
- Track deliverables, deadlines, and ongoing projects to ensure timely execution.
- Conduct research, prepare briefing notes, and support decision-making.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Social Sciences, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience as an Executive Assistant, PA, or in a senior administrative capacity (experience in IT/consulting is an advantage).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Slack).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time management, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Salary
N350,000 / month.
