We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Boutique Manager

Location: Amuwo Odofin, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are looking for a dynamic and fashion-forward Boutique Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations.
  • The ideal candidate will be passionate about fashion, skilled in customer relations, and capable of driving sales while maintaining Gidi Chic’s signature style.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily boutique operations, ensuring smooth opening and closing.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and handle client concerns with professionalism.
  • Manage inventory levels, monitor stock, and coordinate with suppliers.
  • Implement creative visual merchandising to reflect Gidi Chic’s brand identity.
  • Track sales performance and prepare periodic reports for management.
  • Recruit, train and develop staff to maintain a high-performance culture.
  • Ensure the boutique maintains a clean, stylish, and welcoming environment.

Requirements & Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree or relevant Diploma in Business, Marketing, Fashion, or related field (preferred).
  • 2–3 years’ experience in retail management, preferably in fashion or luxury retail.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of fashion trends and visual merchandising.
  • Ability to meet sales targets and work well under pressure.
  • Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer applications.

Salary
N80,000 – N150,000 Monthly.
