Job Description

• As we prepare to launch operations, we’re looking for individuals to provide assistance, information, and support to customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers an d answer questions
• Handle complaints and returns professionally
• Guide customers to locate products
• Ensure high level of  customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Minimum of OND
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, approachable, and patient.
