We focus on solutions that improve access to Auto loans, quality maintenance / aftersales services, warranty solutions, and transactional marketplaces. We are operational in West and East Africa and we also have developed a partner-led retail footprint with over 500 service centers.

Job Description

• We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Admin Manager to lead and streamline our administrative operations.
• This is a critical role that ensures our offices, facilities, and support services run seamlessly across all locations.

Responsibilities
As Admin Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing daily administrative operations and ensuring efficiency across functions.
• Managing vendor relationships, contracts, and performance reviews.
• Coordinating travel logistics including flights, visas, accommodation, and local transportation.
• Supervising company drivers, vehicles, and logistics operations.
• Managing facilities to ensure clean, safe, and functional work environments.
• Implementing effective inventory, procurement, and payment management systems.
• Leading, mentoring, and managing the admin support team.
• Driving cost savings, efficiency, and compliance in all administrative processes.

Requirements
What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in administration, operations, or office management, ideally in a multi-location environment
• Strong vendor management and procurement experience
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and people management skills
• Ability to manage budgets, contracts, and compliance requirements
• Experience using administrative or procurement systems.
• A proactive problem solver who thrives on structure, efficiency, and results
