Job Title: Executive Assistant to the CEO

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

  • We are seeking a highly resourceful, strategic, and tech-savvy Executive Assistant (EA) to support the CEO.
  • The ideal candidate will play a critical role in making the CEO’s work-life easier and more productive by providing top-level administrative support, coordinating tasks, and ensuring smooth operations.
  • This is a hybrid role that requires both in-person and remote support, with the expectation of attending physical meetings as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Manage and prioritize the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare agendas, take detailed notes, and follow up on action items from meetings.
  • Attend physical meetings with or on behalf of the CEO, ensuring accurate representation and documentation.
  • Conduct research, compile reports, and provide strategic insights to support decision-making.
  • Draft, review, and manage correspondence, presentations, and official documents.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Support in project coordination, tracking deliverables, and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Anticipate the CEO’s needs and proactively provide solutions.
  • Leverage digital tools and technology to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience (3–5 years) as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar strategic support role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy and proficient in productivity tools (Google Workspace/Microsoft Office, project management tools, virtual meeting platforms).
  • Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Must be based in Lagos, Nigeria, and willing to work in a hybrid capacity (virtual + physical presence as required).
