Job Description

  • We are seeking a Chartered Accountant (Partner) with deep expertise in taxation, corporate compliance, and company matters to join our leadership team.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee tax planning, advisory, and compliance services for clients.
  • Manage company secretarial and corporate governance functions.
  • Provide financial consulting and strategic business advice.
  • Collaborate with partners to expand the firm’s client base and service offerings.
  • Ensure full compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements.

Requirements

  • Chartered Accountant (ICAN or ACCA) certification.
  • Nust have  5–7 years post-qualification experience.
  • Strong background in taxation and company law.
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and business development.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
