About the Role

• As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a seasoned finance leader to join our executive team and drive the next phase of our growth.
• We’re hiring a Head of Finance & Accounts who will take full ownership of Servicia’s financial management — from strategy to compliance and revenue assurance.
• You’ll oversee financial operations across our telecom segments (ISP, IDA, Clearing House, and VAS), guide investment decisions, and ensure every Naira delivers measurable value.

What You’ll Do

• Lead all finance and accounting operations across multiple business lines.
• Develop financial strategies that strengthen growth, compliance, and profitability.
• Oversee revenue assurance, interconnect settlements, and content billing reconciliations.
• Ensure regulatory and tax compliance (NCC, FIRS, CAC, etc.).
• Deliver timely management reports (P&L, cash flow, balance sheet).
• Build and mentor a high-performing finance team.
• Advise the CEO and management on financial performance, cost control, and funding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics (MBA preferred).
• Professional certification — ACA, ACCA, or CPA (required).
• 8–12 years of progressive finance experience, including 3+ years in senior management.
• Telecom / ICT / VAS industry experience is mandatory.

What You’ll Bring:

• Solid experience in telecom or ICT finance, ideally with VAS, ISP, or interconnect operations.
• Strong background in financial modeling, budgeting, and risk management.
• Deep understanding of telecom billing systems, settlements, and NCC regulatory frameworks.
• Proven leadership and team-building skills.
• Proficiency with Sage, QuickBooks, SAP, or Tally, and advanced Excel / Power BI skills.
• Integrity, attention to detail, and a strategic mindset.
