We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Accountant

Location: Lagos
Job type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities 

  • Maintain accurate financial records in compliance with Nigerian accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Translate the company’s financial statement
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
  • Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations.
  • Manage tax filings (VAT, WHT, PAYE, and Company Income Tax) and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Monitor cash flow, budgets, and forecasts to support business decisions.
  • Reconcile bank accounts and track proof of funds transactions with accuracy.
  • Work closely with auditors during internal and external audits.
  • Provide financial insights to management to strengthen controls, transparency, and decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills 

  • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of hands-on accounting experience in financial services or related industries.
  • ICAN certification (ACA) is an added advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of Nigerian tax laws, accounting standards, and compliance frameworks.
  • High integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail (non-negotiable for this sector).
  • Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
